Streamline the process of creating YouTube show graphics, reducing production time while improving design quality

- Spreadsheet Automation: Created a dynamic spreadsheet with automated formulas to pull data from a source tab, eliminating the need for manual input previously required by the designer
- Photoshop Template Setup: Created a new Photoshop template integrated with data-merging, enabling the automatic generation of slides based on the auto-populated spreadsheet data
- Design Enhancement: Refined the Photoshop template to prioritize accessibility, making the graphics clearer, more legible, and aligned with accessibility standards for the YouTube show audience
- Automated File Management: Implemented an export process that saves each slide as an individual PSD file for easy updates/corrections. Files are automatically deleted after a set time to avoid unnecessary storage use
- Efficient Workflow Automation: Implemented export action scripts in Photoshop to further automate the process
